Loving Your Body

Learning to love the body your spirit lives in is not easy.  We are always finding our faults.To bring balance and harmony to your life, you must learn to love your self, your whole self, both inside and out.  The practice of yoga is a wonderful way to get in touch with your inner being, and become comfortable with that shell you reside in.  Through moving and stretching the body, learning deep breathing and meditation techniques, we can bring our physical, spiritual and mental beings into balance, which in turn creates harmony with oneself.
