The Magic of Clouds

As we were on our way to get ice cream last night, there was some bickering going on in the backseat between my 8 and 10 year old daughters.  Just as we came to the crest of a hill, an enormous coral-colored cloud hung before us.  I pointed to it and my daughters came to silence.  They were awe-struck by the magnitude and beauty of it.

As we ordered our ice cream and continued to watch the cloud get even bigger, a spectacular show of heat lighting started within the cloud.  We were mesmerized the whole way home watching the power of nature at its best.

Lesson:  The next time you feel unsettled, anxious or stressed, look to the sky and see what beauty mother nature has to offer you up at that moment.
