Not Enough Time...

Do you feel like there are not enough hours in the day?  In today's rat race, it's hard to get all the to do's done on our daily to do lists.  For many of us, we are taking care of others, so finding time for ourselves is even harder. 

I am a busy mom of 2 with a husband and house to care for, as well as seeing 15-20 clients a week and teaching 2 weekly yoga classes.  I am often asked how I find the time to take care of myself.  My answer is...I make the time!  I may not have 60-90 min. a day to practice yoga, but I fit it in throughout my day, everyday.  I walk and play tennis as often as I can.  And yes, I do receive massage regularly, usually once every or every other week.  I know that if I did not do these things, than I would not only be cheating myself out of good health, but also cheating my loved ones on better care. 

When we make the time to exercise, eat healthy, stretch, practice deep breathing, and receive regular massage therapy, than we are not the only ones benefiting!  We become more productive at work and also are lessed stressed and more energized when it comes to taking care of others.

We all have choices to make about the way we live our lives.  Taking time for yourself should be a #1 priority!  I encourage you to budget for and schedule regular massage therapy sessions.  You and your family will be glad that you did!
