Ethics

Diane Stakoe is licensed in North Carolina to practice therapeutic massage, and is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). She is also Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB).  Both the ABMP and the NCTMB have the highest standards in ethics and professionalism.

Draping
During your massage, you will be comfortably and fully covered, other than the area of focus. For example when Diane is working on your leg, it will be uncovered and the sheet will be tucked in at your thigh. Draping is required and is used to provide warmth, comfort, and modesty.

Confidentiality
Diane Stakoe requires that each client complete and sign an intake form to provide the information necessary to make your therapeutic massage, Reiki and/or private yoga experience effective and safe. Information gathered during your session is strictly confidential. Under no circumstances will it be shared for any purpose without your prior, written consent.

Standards
Diane Stakoe upholds the highest professional standards. In addition to her current certifications, Diane pursues continuing education on an ongoing basis to expand her skills to provide quality therapeutic massage, Reiki and yoga to each client.
