It is my greatest joy and honor to deeply connect with and hold space for others on their journey to heal holistically, transform their lives, and step into their authentic power - no matter the circumstances.

Throughout my childhood, which was quite traumatic at times, I felt naturally drawn to the healing energies of and from the natural world, but it took a significant health crisis in my early thirties to fully embrace this calling. After working years in the corporate world, I understand firsthand how disconnected and overwhelming modern life can feel, recognizing that stress causes more than 90% of dis-eases in the body and mind. That experience taught me something invaluable: healing isn't just about addressing symptoms—it's about reconnecting with who we truly are.

My journey through trauma and recovery has shown me that our bodies hold our stories, and that real healing happens when we honor both our wounds and our wisdom. As an intuitive empath, I don't just understand healing concepts—I feel them. This allows me to meet you exactly where you are, with genuine compassion and without judgment.

I blend energy healing, science, and spirituality to support your mind, body, and spirit.
