As an empath, I have been able to tune into energies my whole life, communicating with the natural world, animals, and humans. Although a traumatic childhood shut down these abilities in my early teens, I always knew that I was here to help the planet heal.
It wasn’t until after I worked in unfulfilling jobs with corporate and non-profit organizations, became a wife and mother, and went through my own healing and spiritual awakening journey, that these natural gifts reawakened in me in an even more profound way.
My passion is to facilitate the healing and awakening journey for other’s, igniting their soul remembrance and connection to their own inner healer through energetic practices, channeled Light Language, and spiritual nurturing. The solution you have been longing for lies within.
I am from Massachusetts but have lived in Raleigh, NC since 2007, am the mother of two adult daughters and my toddler, a Jack Russel terrier mix named Minnie, who I love spending time with hiking and paddleboarding!
