Many years ago, in my early 30s, I was faced with a health crisis. The “perfect storm” had occurred with a number of stressful events and past traumas that had accumulated and manifested in my body, bringing on symptoms of gut issues, muscular pain, extreme fatigue, a weakened immune system, brain fog, and frequent feelings of anxiousness, anger, and fear.
This marked the beginning of my healing and spiritual awakening journey, which brought me to a deep remembrance and understanding that my body was designed to heal, and that I would go on to help others do the same, however at that time, I had no idea how! I had a deep trust though that I would be shown, and I was. The physical and emotional effects I had experienced slowly subsided as I learned to reconnect with the healer within.
In 2005 I was guided to leave my corporate job in communications and begin my journey into a career of holistic health and healing, when I enrolled simultaneously in a yoga teacher training and massage therapy school (where I was reintroduced to the subtle yet profound effects of energy healing). It was there that I learned that EVERYTHING, including all life forms, are made of energy and vibrate at different frequencies, and that we have the ability to change and upgrade our own vibrational frequencies, genetic and ancestral patterns and programming, as well as our DNA!
It is my passion and soul’s purpose to bring healing relief, hold space for, guide, mentor and empower others as they embark on and navigate their own healing and spiritual journey.

It is from within the soul space, one I call “homebase”, where we are able to realign with our inner healer and embody our truth, as we bring healing to not just ourselves, but to our families, communities, and the world in which we live.
