Refund Policy for Services and Events with Diane Stakoe

Return Policy

In order to receive a full refund of services (healing sessions) due to cancellation or rescheduling, a 24 hour or more notification prior to scheduled service time with Diane is required. If an appointment with Diane Stakoe is cancelled in less than 24hrs prior to scheduled session, full session fee is non-refundable but transferable if rescheduled within 5 days, please contact diane@dianestakoe.com to discuss.

Fees for workshops and events are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual.

Guarantee of Results

Due to the nature of healing work and individual cases, Diane Stakoe cannot guarantee any results. Energy healing services with Diane Stakoe are not a substitute for medical care, medical examination, or diagnosis.
