Journey Through Time: A Group Past Life Regression Experience
Step into the mystery of your soul’s journey through time in this professionally guided group past life regression session.
This experience will allow you to explore a previous lifetime, uncover forgotten memories, and gain insights that can help you understand your present life path.
Whether you're seeking healing, clarity, or simply curiosity, this session will offer you the opportunity to connect with your soul's wisdom and find answers to life's questions.
Session Details:
I will be professionally and safely guiding you into a deeply relaxed state through a gentle process of breathwork, meditation and visualization.
As you enter into a meditative state you will be taken on a journey to access past life memories, encounters, and experiences, in which Diane will ensure that you feel grounded and supported throughout the experience.
What to Expect:
Relaxation & Grounding: We will begin with a grounding meditation to help you release stress, center your energy, and prepare for the journey ahead.
Induction: A soothing, hypnotic induction will lead you into a deeply relaxed state, where your subconscious mind will become more receptive to the past life memories that are most relevant to your soul's growth.
Past Life Exploration: You will be gently guided to experience one or more past lives. You may observe scenes, hear sounds, or even feel the emotions of your previous selves.
Insights & Healing: During the journey, you may uncover significant relationships, unresolved emotions, or karmic patterns that may be impacting your current life. This is an opportunity to heal these experiences, release blockages, and understand your soul’s deeper purpose.
Reflection & Integration: After the regression, we will take time for integration and reflection. You’ll have the opportunity to share insights, ask questions, and connect with the group to discuss what you experienced.
This journey is a safe and sacred space for exploration, healing, and growth led by a professionally certified and licensed transpersonal hypnotist. No prior experience with regression or meditation is required, just an open mind and a willingness to trust the process.
Mats and blankets available but feel free to bring your own or any additional support for your comfort, a water bottle and journal.
