What You'll Learn in 4 Weeks:
Over four Tuesday evenings, you'll learn practical, hands-on techniques for working with your own energy, raising your vibrational frequency, regulating your nervous system, and creating sustainable self-healing practices you can use for the rest of your life.
This is Level One: We focus on YOUR healing—not learning to heal others (that's Level Two, coming later!). This is about self-empowerment, personal responsibility, and reclaiming your innate capacity to care for your own energy body.
The 4-Week Journey:
WEEK 1: Your Energy Body
Understand your energy anatomy (chakras, aura) and how to raise your energetic frequency, learn powerful grounding techniques, energy protection practices, and how to sense your own energy field.
WEEK 2: Reiki Self-Healing
Incorporating the foundations of practical Reiki energy techniques that you can use on yourself anytime—for stress, pain, sleep, anxiety, and more. No lengthy history or symbols required, just hands-on practice.
WEEK 3: Breathwork & Nervous System
Simple breath practices and movements for calming your nervous system, clearing stuck energy, and regulating your state. Learn somatic awareness and body-centered healing.
(2-Week Energetic Integration period April 22 - May 4)
WEEK 4: Integration & Light Language Attunement
Sacred self-touch practices, build your personalized daily routine, and receive a group light language transmission for energetic recalibration.

Q: Will I be able to heal others after this?
A: Level One focuses on self-healing only. Level Two (coming later) will teach working with others.
Q: What if I miss a live session?
A: All sessions are recorded with access 10 days post course for you to download. Live attendance is encouraged for the full experience!
Q: Do I need prior Reiki training?
A: No! We you’ll learn practical Reiki healing techniques. This isn't formal Reiki certification, but you'll learn real, usable methods.
Q: What do I need for class?
A: Just yourself, comfortable clothing, a quiet space, water or tea, and an open mind! Optional: journal, pillow, blanket.
Q: Are materials provided?
A: Yes! You will receive an electronic manual as well as book recommendations for further study. No required reading for this class is necessary however.
Q: Will I receive a certification?
A: Yes, if you would like to receive an electronic certification of completion for this class that will be available for you.
